The highlight of our Day Three Switzerland tour was the scenic ride on the Bernina Express Alpine Train. We set off from St. Moritz station in the morning and arrived at Tirano (Italy) in time for lunch. The beginning of the ride was rather cold (even though it is summer) and none of us wanted to open the windows when the train was moving. Along the way, we had plenty of view of the snow-capped Swiss Alps.
The train stopped at one of the stations (Ospizio Bernina) in between our journey.
