the Making of the Tiramisu

I'm actually quite hopeless when it comes to cooking. So, it was my friend who was doing all the "cooking", while I just try to make myself useful.

First, we gather all the ingredients required:
6 eggs
¼ cup white sugar
16 oz mascarpone cheese
lady fingers (Italian pastry)
cocoa powder

Step 1: Separate egg white from yolk. Mix egg yolk, sugar & cheese together.

Step 2: Beat egg white till fluffy and blend in the mixture from step 1.

Step 3: Dip lady fingers into rum & coffee mixture. Line them in a container.

Step 4: Pour liquid mix (from step 2) over the lady fingers and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. Finally, freeze it for 2 to 3 hours.

Now we have our finished product!
