The Louvre Museum
Inverted glass pyramid in the basement

An even more elaborated chandelier and painted ceiling in another room
The room with many paintings
The room with nude sculptures
The famous Mona Lisa painting
(The painting is much smaller than I thought. It is protected behind a piece of thick plastic casing and surrounded by many visitors trying to get a good shot of it and with it.)

A bunch of us went on a retreat to Pulai Springs Resort in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Suites of various sizes are housed in the Cinta Ayu building.
Our two-bedroom suite has a big and spacious living room with dining area.
It's a nice and economical resort that is not too far from Singapore.

Today, we bid farewell to our fellow colleagues and supervisors with a bunch of pastries from Villa Italia Pasticceria. This marks the end of our (almost) 18 months training stint.
We chose an assortment of pastries. They were stacked on a plate and wrapped with a plastic sheet.
Tomorrow, we'll be flying out of Albany early in the morning. It sure feels good to be finally heading home... but I'll definitely miss all the weekend traveling around this part of the global.
